# zicula-profit-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (21 files), each **trimmed to taste** — enough
to judge the quality, not enough to run your store on:

- `contribution-margin-template.csv` — the first working step of the single-SKU
  calculator from `sheets/`: sell price and VAT rate in, VAT stripped out with
  the same live formula the full template uses (net revenue = gross / (1 + rate)
  when prices include VAT). Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or
  LibreOffice, change the inputs, and watch net revenue update. The full
  template continues with the four cost layers — landed COGS, fulfilment,
  payment fees, returns — then contribution margin per unit, margin %, and the
  break-even line (19 more rows, all live formulas).
- `vat-pack-de-fr-nl.md` — the opening of the VAT pack: the public dashboard
  review that started the kit, the one rule (**VAT is not revenue**) with the
  exact formula, and the standard-rate table for DE 19% · FR 20% · NL 21% with
  links to the tax authorities, checked 2026-09-20. The full pack adds §3
  (which rate applies to which order, incl. non-taxable lines and
  cross-border), §4 the small-business schemes (§ 19 UStG, franchise, KOR),
  §5 a worked example on the kit's own sample data, and §6 the per-country
  quarterly checklist.
- `monthly-review-checklist.md` — the pre-flight half of the 45-minute monthly
  review from `sop/`: the export routine, the version check ("22/22 PASS or
  stop"), the run command, and the first two Read checks. The full checklist
  finishes Read (worst-margin SKUs, per-country view, the under-30%-margin
  action rule) and adds the **Do** and **Close** phases.
